PrävenTour offers a wide range of workshops and lectures aimed at health promotion and prevention. Examples of workshops include stress management, smoking cessation, professional weight loss coaching and heart rate variability training. Our lectures cover topics such as how to deal with stress healthily, successful weight management and fewer symptoms during the hay fever period. These events can be booked flexibly according to your needs and those of your employees.

Our health checks are holistic, sustainable, individual and modern. The measurements and tests are carried out directly in your company, e.g. in our Praevento mobile or in your meeting rooms. Each employee then receives a confidential one-on-one discussion, in which the test results are explained in detail and individual tips are given. Each participant receives their results as a written record. The quick check visualizes the results as an individual prevention score. Anonymized overall evaluations and further recommendations will be made available to your company after the health days have ended.
